    Marble Floor Restoration

Marble floor restoration procedure typically takes 4steps:

1st step of floor restoration is most powerful and dynamic. It's lippage removal or flattening. It step consist of grinding and leveling floor. Even new installed marble tile floor can have some tiles be upper or lower of floor flatness. This step removes all ledges, roughness and brings flatness to marble floors. Also, this step can remove the most deepest scratches and stains.

2nd step of floor restoration is honing. Honing is the step of floor restoration provides smoothing the marble floor with industrial diamonds, which brings up more shine to the marble. Honing will also remove scratches, stains and give a more uniform appearance. In a some cases honing is all that¡¯s needed to get you stone looking spectacular again.

3rd step of floor restoration is polishing. Polishing gives semi-shining or shining effect to the marble floor. Polishing is done by industrial diamonds, but smaller graded, than while honing. For marble floors in good condition a polishing can be enough to bring back the shine.

4th step of floor restoration is buffing or crystallization. Crystallization is a method of marble floor finishing. Its brings "mirror like" shine by chemical reaction on the surface of marble. Crystallization also creates micro film on the surface of marble, which is more solid and durable and helps to preserve the color and the brightness of the marble. Crystallization is a very good method for regular stone maintenance.

Our marble floor restoration polishing treatment uses diamond pads to grind down the surface of your marble, bringing out a fresh layer of stone. Then we use successively finer grade pads to bring the surface of your marble to a "mirror like" shine.

2.Fill up joints with new grout. To spread a new grout diagonally across the joints, packing the grout firmly and deep into every joints we use a squeegee or rubber grout float.

  • Tub and floors

  • Countertop and tiled wall
  • Sink and countertop
  • Toilet bowl and floor
  • Corners in shower cabin
Since caulk is flexible, it is right choice for surfaces that tend to move or shift slightly.

Improper caulking can lead to leaking, wetting, staining, mold development, moisture smell and water damage.

There is one primary reason to re-caulk it is to change old discolored and molded caulk. Also, re-caulking or calking can protect from absorbing water in places like under the walls and the floors where mold can grow.

The cost of caulking or re-caulking much less than tile replacement or water damage repair and often only re-calking bring back to old shower a new and fresh look.

If the poultice doesn't work, honing or grinding the surface down to a fresh layer of stone and then polishing may be needed to remove the stain.

Some stains can penetrate complete through stone body that grinding or honing will not able to remove stain complete, in this case should be used both ways for stain removing.

Before beginning of removing the stains, we should determine where the stain came from, it can be adhesives, alkaline, beer, bleach, blood, urine, candy, chocolate, egg, oils, grease, gum, water stains, ice cream, ink, juice, liquor, lotion, make up, mold, grout, nail polish, paints, perfume, soap film, sauce, syrup, wax coatings, wines and others.
